Opportunities for mindfulness and self-care

Take a Breather: in person, in Job 209, on Tuesdays at 12:15-12:30 when classes are in session. An opportunity for everyone in the international community to take a break from their busy schedule, connect, and participate in a brief stress-reduction mindfulness activity.

Mindful IC drop-in Guided Meditations: in person, in Muller Chapel, at noon on Monday, Wednesday and Friday while classes are in session.

Self-Compassion Meditation practice: on Zoom, 12:30-12:50 on Thursdays, 10/07-11/11. All sessions will be offered online via Zoom. CAPS Anxiety Tool Box Weekly Groups. There are 2 groups, both are on Zoom, on Tuesdays 5-5:50 pm and on Wednesdays at 11-11:50 am. Available to all students, you do not need to be a CAPS client to attend.
