CCR has agreed to extend the simplified ICC eportfolio approval procedures begun in Spring 2020 for December 2021 and May 2022 graduates.
Existing ICC policy states that students must complete the ICC ePortfolio. “Complete” has been understood to mean that students have uploaded at least one artifact in each area within the DRF in Taskstream, and that they have entered some relevant text in the form for each area. For the purposes of students completing their degree requirements in December 2021 and May 2022, reviews for completeness will focus on the following elements only:
- Capstone reflection
For those students who have already completed the other sections of the eportfolio, please emphasize that faculty and ICC staff who read the portfolios will continue to read this. We appreciate the work students put in, and we enjoy the opportunity to get a glimpse into the kinds of connections they are making among their learning experiences. We will not, however, return eportfolios for revision if students are missing an artifact for any area other than the CLA or Capstone.
Guidelines for students and faculty will be sent out in a few weeks.
