The Food As Communication Honors class taught by Cory Young, compiled a community cookbook that shares individual recipes and stories from Honors students, faculty and staff that correlate to them!
The Food As Communication course offers students a structured platform to investigate the relationship between food and communication. The course is designed for students that are passionate about food, but have little to no background in communication. It provides an introduction into the role of communication across the food and hospitality professions. Students will examine various functions, events, campaigns, and media through active participation, writing, discussing, and reading. Open only to students in the Ithaca College Honors Program.
