The President’s Fellows Program is a one-year fellowship that will move participants outside of their normal work environment and field to experience a new professional opportunity on campus, develop leadership capabilities, and receive mentor-ship in an unfamiliar area of interest. A group of faculty, staff, and students will be selected as the 2018-2019 cohort. Opportunities will also be provided to participants to build relationships with one another, and work collaboratively on projects.
President Collado announced the creation of the President’s Fellows Program in November 2017, stating that the initiative stems from her deep belief in investing in the campus community to develop and shape both the future leadership of Ithaca College and the future leadership within the landscape of higher education. The President’s Fellows Program is supported entirely by the president’s discretionary fund, a strategic resource that she is utilizing to support faculty, staff, and students as they explore their potential as learners, educators, leaders, professionals, and human beings.
Apply to be a part of the inaugural cohort of President’s Fellows here. The deadline to submit your application is Friday, March 30th.
